Barbara Feldmann was already working as an independent entrepreneur before founding Progressive Solutions Business Consultancy in 2005. With the founding of Progressive Solutions, she specializes as an independent start-up and project manager in networking, growth strategies and upscaling. Her work focuses on successful entrepreneurs who are on a growth path and want to expand their reach. She helps companies drive growth, maximize business potential, expand market reach and increase scale. With the help of strategic partnerships or start-ups to further develop existing business models, she helps to implement growth strategies, expand the scope of success and develop the company sustainably.

Julia Feldmann has been an employee at Progressive Solutions since 2016 and Senior Project Manager in Fine Arts Management since 2022.

In my role, I am not just a manager, but also a passionate advocate for artists and the stories their works tell.
Art has always been my compass, guiding me through the boundless landscapes of imagination and innovation. As an art manager and curator, I have the privilege of navigating the vibrant network of artistic visions and bringing artists together with the audiences that seek to be moved, inspired, and transformed.
CAMILLA KINSKY
OFFICE MANAGER
Camilla Kinsky has been part of our team and personal assistant to the management since September 2024.
After completing her training at the Modul tourism schools in Vienna, she worked in various areas, including organization and event planning and management. Camilla has a lot of experience in dealing with people and in organization.
With her open-minded nature and diverse background, she is a wonderful asset to our team. We are very pleased to welcome her to our team.
